Everyone has opportunities handed to them in life, it's whether or not they seize them that truly makes the difference.
An average worker in the Philippines would have to work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, and earn not more than P 10,000 or $220 a month.
If you are a teacher by profession, you start with a salary of P 18, 549.00 a month (salary grade 11). In a month, a teacher is working from 7:30 to 5:00 everyday from Monday to Friday then as she goes home, she needs to at least spare another 30 minutes to an hour ,preparing the lesson plan for tomorrow. That P 18, 549.00 will be subject for some deductions like Phil health, GSIS, etc.. that would probably leave her P 16,000.00 or less every month. Would this be enough if you have two children all starting to go to school, asking daily allowance for fare, snacks and some projects plus the tuition fees , school needs and more?
It is not enough and most of our teachers are into what we call sideline jobs, They become tutors for some well-off students, some are selling Avon products, even foods like cupcakes, peanuts and whatever they think can defray some of the bills needed to be paid monthly and there is nothing wrong with this, in fact it made me feel being a Filipino that we really are creative, hard-working people especially when it comes to our family. All we wanted is to provide our loved ones the best we can, if not the basic needs they truly deserves and if we cannot, the usual option is to work abroad, leaving our families behind to earn dollars right? But what if you can do an extra income, this time it's a product that will not only give you a good income but will give you, your family and everyone you care the best of good health? It is a business where you get to earn more simply by sharing what you have to other people for them be healthy as well and to earn more as well.
